Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the ml2bd platform and all its users ("user" or "you"). All services provided through the ml2bd website, mobile application or any other digital channel are covered by these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The ml2bd website (https://ml2bd.lat) and all services connected to it.
• "Account" — A user's registered profile and the balance associated with it.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit or additional funds provided by ml2bd.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered in order to make a bonus withdrawable.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. If false information is provided, the account will be suspended or closed.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ml2bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a National Identity Card (NID), birth registration certificate or any other government-approved document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

Account Management

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your ml2bd account.

3.1 Login Credentials Security

Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. ml2bd is not liable for any unauthorised transactions made from your account.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

An ml2bd account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring or making an account available for another person to use is completely prohibited.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". ml2bd may deduct a monthly maintenance fee from an inactive account. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if identity verification or additional security checks are required, processing time may increase.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• ml2bd reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold in cases of suspicious transactions or misuse.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted. Both deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once — per person, household or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Bets to meet the wagering requirement must be placed within the specified time limit.
• ml2bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus misuse.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

ml2bd's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. By playing regularly, users can move up to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week

5.4 Promotion Changes

ml2bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion, bonus or offer at any time. The latest information on active promotions will be published on the platform.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on the ml2bd platform are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is entirely random and not predetermined. ml2bd conducts regular internal audits to ensure fair play.

If any of the above activities are proven, ml2bd may close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account. All valid balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12.2 Closure by ml2bd

ml2bd reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false information.
• Evidence of being underage.
• Non-cooperation with identity verification.

12.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed at ml2bd's initiative and a violation of the terms is not proven, any existing valid balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method.
